This chocolate Chex mix is a rich, sweet, and crunchy Christmas treat that’s perfect for the holiday season. It’s easy to make and great for neighbor gifts, holiday parties, or festive snacking at home.
Place the chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl and add the canola oil.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is mostly melted. Continue stirring until completely smooth, being careful not to overheat.
Add the Rice Chex to the bowl and gently stir until evenly coated.
Transfer the coated Rice Chex to a large zip-top bag and add the powdered sugar. Seal the bag and gently toss until well coated.
Roughly chop the peanuts and add them to the bag along with the M&M’s and sprinkles. Gently toss until evenly mixed.
Line a 13×18-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Chex mix out in an even layer.

Melt 1 cup of additional chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the Chex mix.
Repeat process with additional white chocolate chips.
