Taco Bell Crunch Wrap Supreme
My husband and I were reminiscing about our college days. We were laughing about the meals we used to eat because we were too poor to buy good food. He basically lived on ramen noodles while I lived on mac and cheese. But every now and then, when we had a tiny bit of extra cash saved up, we both would go to Taco Bell. I was partial to the baja chicken chalupa while he LOVED the crunch wrap supreme. They were cheap and delicious and perfect for poor college students.
Now years later, here I am recreating my husband’s favorite Taco Bell meal but in a healthier and more delicious way. This recipe is a favorite in our home. My kids also are huge fans of the crunch wrap supreme, even though they have never been to Taco Bell. Every time I make these, my husband our boys the same story about his college years; broke as a joke, working around the clock, just trying to make it through the college years on Taco Bell and a prayer. What a time. 😉

Every time I make a new recipe, I have my family rate the recipe out of 10. By the time, these recipes make the blog, they’ve been tried and tested by some of my hardest tiny critics!
What Ingredients Are in the Crunch Wrap Supreme?
- Ground Beef – I use our delicious grass-finished beef that we raise. (You can find that here.) It’s incredibly nutrient dense and so flavorful. Our ground beef is a lean blend of 90/10. You can use any type of ground beef that you would like.
- Taco Seasoning – For an easy and delicious homemade taco seasoning, you can find my recipe here. I like to use my homemade version because it is more flavorful, and it is also gluten free.
- Minced Garlic
- Salsa – I add salsa to the ground beef to make it more moist and flavorful. (I do this with my homemade taco recipe too.)
- Nacho Cheese Sauce – I have used a variety of nacho cheese sauce, and they all work for this recipe. I usually just grab a can when I’m at the store and save it for when I want to make these.
- Flour Tortillas – You are going to want to find large or extra-large tortillas for this recipe.
- Tostado Shells – The crunchy part of the crunch wrap supreme is from this yummy corn tostado shell. You’ll want to grab a package of the ones that are circle shaped.
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
toppings
- Pico de Gallo
- Tomatoes
- Guacamole
- Lettuce
- Sour Cream

How to Store Crunch Wrap Supreme
If I’m being totally honest, I don’t usually store premade crunch wrap supremes in the fridge. I store the ingredients separately and then make them again from scratch with the leftovers. This way they aren’t soggy when you reheat them.
