Baked Ranch Pretzels
When I was little, my mom used to make these ranch pretzels around Christmas. I absolutely loved them! She turned regular ok pretzels into these flavor packed snacks that were absolutely delicious. It wasn’t until later on when I started making them myself that I realized how dang easy there are! Now I make them for my boys all the time and they also love them too.
They’re one of those nostalgic snacks that instantly bring back memories with every bite. Made with just 4 simple pantry ingredients, this easy ranch pretzel recipe is one you’ll find yourself making again and again.

What Ingredients are in Ranch Pretzels?
- Sniders Butter Snap Pretzels – It’s important to use Snap pretzels for this recipe—their square shape helps hold onto all that flavorful seasoning and makes them extra delicious. I always grab the large 16-ounce family-size bag.
- Canola Oil – I have tried butter and other oils, and canola oil works best!
- Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Seasoning – We love ranch at our house, so I buy the large bulk ranch dressing seasoning and just use 2 tablespoons of it. If you don’t go through ranch dressing seasonings like we do, just grab a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing seasoning.
- Garlic Powder – Garlic powder adds a savory, slightly bold flavor that enhances the ranch seasoning without overpowering the pretzels
- Dill – Dill brings that classic ranch-style freshness and herby bite, giving the pretzels a more balanced, flavorful taste than ranch seasoning alone.
