Walking Tacos with Fritos

Walking tacos are a fun and portable way to enjoy tacos. It's perfect for an easy camping meal or for a quick weeknight dinner too! Just grab a bag of Fritos, add some taco meat and all your favorite fixings and eat this delicious meal straight from the bag.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 bags of Fritos

Toppings

  • shredded cheese
  • salsa
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • avocados
  • sour cream
  • jalapeños
  • olives

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, combine ground beef and all seasonings. Cook until ground beef is completely cooked through.
  • When done, add in salsa and let simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Remove from heat and assemble tacos.
  • Open a bag of Fritos and add a few spoonfuls of taco meat over top of the corn chips.
  • Next, add favorite toppings.
  • Serve and enjoy!
