Upside Down Frito Pie
This one pan upside down Frito pie is a delicious weeknight meal that comes together quickly using simple pantry staples. With a zesty combination of perfectly seasoned ground beef, beans and diced tomatoes that is topped with melted cheese and crunchy Fritos, it is full of flavor and goodness!

1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 8 oz tomato sauce 14.5 oz diced tomatoes 15.5 oz pinto beans drained & rinsed 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2-3 cups Fritos corn chips
In a frying pan, add together ground beef and seasonings.
Cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
While beef is cooking, drain and rinse pinto beans and set aside.
When ground beef is done, reduce heat to medium low and add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and pinto beans.
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Remove from heat.
Top with shredded cheese and Fritos and serve .
