Taco sticks make the perfect quick and satisfying dinner, filled with savory seasoned beef and gooey, melty cheese wrapped in a golden, flaky crust. This easy-to-make meal delivers all the bold taco flavors your family loves in a fun, mess free stick.
In a frying pan, combine ground beef and seasonings. Mix until well incorporated.
Continue cooking until ground beef is completely cooked through.
Add in salsa and simmer for 3-5 minutes to let flavors blend. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly flour the countertop surface and remove pizza crust from cans.
Using a rolling pin, roll out pizza dough.
Cut the pizza dough into rectangles (about 3x6").
Place a few tablespoons of ground beef in the center of the dough.
Sprinkle with desired amount of shredded cheese.
Fold one long side of the dough over the filling, then the other side, overlapping slightly. Pinch the seams and ends together to sealit all in, then place seam-side down on your baking sheet.
Repeat until all taco sticks have been made.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops of the taco sticks are golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve with favorite toppings and dipping sauce.
Enjoy!
