Taco Sticks

Taco sticks make the perfect quick and satisfying dinner, filled with savory seasoned beef and gooey, melty cheese wrapped in a golden, flaky crust. This easy-to-make meal delivers all the bold taco flavors your family loves in a fun, mess free stick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • 2 13.8 oz cans Refrigerated Pizza Crust

Toppings

  • salsa
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • avocados
  • sour cream
  • ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a frying pan, combine ground beef and seasonings. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Continue cooking until ground beef is completely cooked through.
  • Add in salsa and simmer for 3-5 minutes to let flavors blend. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lightly flour the countertop surface and remove pizza crust from cans.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out pizza dough.
  • Cut the pizza dough into rectangles (about 3x6").
  • Place a few tablespoons of ground beef in the center of the dough.
  • Sprinkle with desired amount of shredded cheese.
  • Fold one long side of the dough over the filling, then the other side, overlapping slightly. Pinch the seams and ends together to seal it all in, then place seam-side down on your baking sheet.
  • Repeat until all taco sticks have been made.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops of the taco sticks are golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve with favorite toppings and dipping sauce.
  • Enjoy!
