Steak Fried Rice
If you're a fried rice lover, this recipe is for you. This is no ordinary steak fried rice recipe. It's loaded with pieces of tender ribeye steak, scrambled eggs, sauteed veggies and soft rice. It's packed full of flavor and is seriously so delicious!

1 lb cooked ribeye steak 4 cups cooked Jasmine rice 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup diced carrots 1 1/2 cups frozen peas 4 eggs beaten 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp onion powder 2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Add in carrots and cook until soft and tender.
While carrots are cooking, cut steak into small pieces. Set aside.
When carrots are done, add peas to carrots and mix well.
Continue cooking until peas are warmed through.
Once veggies are cooked, push to the side of pan and add in eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs, then incorporate them with the vegetables.
In a large pot, add sesame oil and heat over medium heat.
Add in steak and seasonings and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add in vegetables, eggs and rice and mix well.
Add in soy sauce and mix until well incorporated.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes and serve.
