S'mores Rice Krispie Treats

These S’mores Rice Krispie Treats are loaded with gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers for that classic campfire flavor in an easy no-bake dessert. Made with my signature method for extra soft, bakery-style treats, this recipe delivers the perfect chewy texture every time and is a fun, family-friendly twist on a nostalgic favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 oz. mini marshmallows (plus 2 additional cups)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers (about 9 crackers)
  • cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Break the graham crackers into small chunks and set aside.
  • In a large stockpot, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  • Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir frequently until completely smooth and melted.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  • Add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  • Stir in most of the chopped graham crackers, reserving about 1/2 cup for the top, and mix until evenly combined.
  • Gently fold in 2 cups of mini marshmallows and 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer (avoid pressing too firmly to keep the treats soft).
  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped graham crackers and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Let sit for about 1 hour to set, then cut into squares and serve.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Get the parchment paper slightly wet, then ring it out completely. Unfold it and place it in the baking dish. This makes it easier to work with and molds to whatever dish you are working with.
