Slow Cooker Taco Soup
This hearty slow cooker taco soup could not be easier to make and is bursting with flavor. It's loaded with juicy vegetables, tender ground beef and topped with shredded cheddar cheese to make a delicious dinner your family will love.

1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained 1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce shredded cheddar cheese
In a frying pan, combine ground beef and all seasonings. Cook until ground beef is completely cooked through.
When done, remove from heat and add ground beef to slow cooker.
Rinse and drain black beans and add to slow cooker.
Drain corn and add to slow cooker.
Add in beef broth, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
When done, remove cover and stir.
Serve with favorite toppings.
