Slow Cooker Queso Dip

1 lbs. pork sausage 2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel tomatoes 1 lb. Velveeta cheese tortilla chips or crackers
In a frying pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the heat and drain any excess grease.
Add the cooked sausage to the slow cooker.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes and add it to the slow cooker as well.
Pour the Rotel tomatoes over the sausage and cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
Once the cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth, it’s ready to serve.
Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
