Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs. pork sausage
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • tortilla chips or crackers

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the heat and drain any excess grease.
  • Add the cooked sausage to the slow cooker.
  • Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes and add it to the slow cooker as well.
  • Pour the Rotel tomatoes over the sausage and cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
  • Once the cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth, it’s ready to serve.
  • Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
