Slow Cooker Pork Roast

3-4 lb. pork roast ½ cup apple juice 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp parsley 1 tsp dry mustard
Place pork roast in the bottom of slow cooker.
Pour apple juice and apple cider vinegar over top of pork roast.
In a small bowl, combine all seasonings . Mix well.
Sprinkle seasonings over pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
When done, remove cover and remove roast from slow cooker.
Shred roast and serve.
