Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup

1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 2 (14.5 oz) cans beef broth 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 5 medium red potatoes 3 whole carrots 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp pepper
In a frying pan, combine ground beef and all seasonings. Cook until ground beef is completely cooked through.
When done, remove from heat and add ground beef to slow cooker.
Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into small chunks . Add to slow cooker.
Add in beef broth, tomato soup, and green beans and stir until well mixed.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
