Slow Cooker Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 package flour tortillas

Toppings

  • shredded cheese
  • salsa
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • avocados
  • sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground beef in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the salsa and seasonings. Use a spoon or meat chopper to break up the ground beef and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until the beef is fully cooked and tender.
  • Remove the lid and stir the beef mixture.
  • Assemble tacos and serve with your favorite toppings.
