This budget friendly slow cooker beef tips and noodles recipe is one of the most delicious and savory dinners. Made with tender beef that is slow cooked in a rich gravy and served with buttery egg noodles, it is perfect for an easy and quick weeknight dinner.
In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley and mix well.
Sprinkle seasonings over stew meat.
In a medium bowl, stir together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup and brown gravy mix until well combined.
Pour over top of stew meat.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
15 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Next, make a slurry by combining cornstarch and water in a small bowl and mix until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Slowly pour the slurry into slow cooker and stir. The gravy will begin to thicken.
Cover and let cook an additional 10-15 minutes while noodles are cooking.
When noodles are soft, remove from heat and drain.
Spoon desired amount of beef tips over top of egg noodles and serve.
Enjoy!
