Slow Cooker Beef Bolognese
This easy but incredibly delicious slow cooker beef Bolognese checks all the boxes! Beef Bolognese is a meat-based sauce that is loaded with flavor and goodness. After cooking low and slow all day, add this sauce over some of your favorite noodles to make an amazing, yet simple delicious dinner!

1 lb ground beef lean, (90/10) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup diced celery 28 oz crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded 16 oz linguini noodles cooked, drained
In a frying pan, combine ground beef and seasonings.
Mix well and cook until beef is completely cooked through .
While ground beef is cooking, cut and dice celery and carrots into very small pieces .
When beef is fully cooked, add in diced celery and carrots. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until celery and carrots are soft.
Transfer beef and vegetables to a slow cooker.
Add in crushed tomatoes and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add in heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Continue to cook on low for 30 minutes.
While sauce finishes cooking, cook linguini noodles according to package directions. When noodles are soft, drain.
Assemble beef Bolognese. Layer noodles on bottom with the beef Bolognese sauce over top of the noodles.
Garnish with parmesan cheese.
