Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

This slow cooker BBQ pulled pork recipe is a classic! This fall-apart, tender pork is slow cooked in a rich BBQ sauce that is both sweet and tangy and oh so good. Not only is it delicious, but also incredibly easy and can be scaled up to feed a crowd as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb. pork roast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tbsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 chicken Bouillion cubes
  • 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • 8 count hoagie rolls

Instructions
 

  • Place pork roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Add in water and chicken bouillon cubes around pork roast.
  • In a small bowl, mix together seasonings.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over top of the pork roast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove cover and shred pork roast.
  • Add in BBQ sauce and mix until well incorporated.
  • Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low.
  • Remove from heat and serve on hoagie rolls.
  • Enjoy!
