Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
This slow cooker BBQ pulled pork recipe is a classic! This fall-apart, tender pork is slow cooked in a rich BBQ sauce that is both sweet and tangy and oh so good. Not only is it delicious, but also incredibly easy and can be scaled up to feed a crowd as well.

3-4 lb. pork roast 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp minced garlic 1 ½ tbsp kosher salt ½ tsp pepper ½ cup water 2 chicken Bouillion cubes 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce 8 count hoagie rolls
Place pork roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add in water and chicken bouillon cubes around pork roast.
In a small bowl, mix together seasonings .
Sprinkle seasonings over top of the pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours .
Remove cover and shred pork roast .
Add in BBQ sauce and mix until well incorporated.
Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low.
Remove from heat and serve on hoagie rolls.
