Sloppy Joe Biscuit Bake
A wonderful twist on traditional sloppy joes. This sloppy joe biscuit bake is easy, cheesy, and uses simple ingredients that are already in your pantry or fridge. It's a delicious, quick weeknight dinner that's done in less than 30 minutes.

1 lb. ground beef lean, (90/10) 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp mustard 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 16 oz Grands Flaky Biscuits refrigerated 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 9"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
In a frying pan, cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
Add in ketchup, mustard, seasonings, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well incorporated .
Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Transfer beef mixture to 9x9" baking dish and spread evenly in the bottom.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the beef mixture. Set aside.
Using kitchen shears, cut biscuit dough into bite sized pieces and layer evenly over the top of the beef and cheese mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top of the sloppy joe biscuit bake is golden brown and bubbly.
