Learn how to make this quick and easy pizza casserole! With layers of noodles, ground beef, warm sauce and gooey cheese that is baked to perfection, this easy pasta bake is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Cook noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, add together seasonings and ground beef.
Cook until ground beef is completely cooked through.
While ground beef is cooking, chop pepperoni into small pieces and set aside.
When ground beef is cooked through, add in marinara sauce and chopped pepperoni and turn to low heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Add cooked noodles to ground beef mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray then add in half of ground beef and noodle mixture.
Layer 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over top of beef and noodles.
Layer remaining beef and noodle mixture over top of cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the casserole, followed by shredded parmesan cheese.
Top with a few slices of pepperoni.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until pizza casserole is slightly golden brown on top and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
