Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
This delicious one pan Philly cheesesteak pasta is a delightful twist on the traditional Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. It's loaded with tender ground beef, soft peppers, mushrooms, and shell pasta that's simmered in a creamy sauce and done in less than 30 minutes.

1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 1 cup finely diced sweet peppers (red, yellow or orange) 8 oz. mushrooms 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp pepper 3 cups large shell pasta 14.5 oz. beef broth 1 cup water 4 oz. cream cheese 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a frying pan, cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
Dice peppers into small pieces and add to ground beef.
Add in mushrooms and mix well.
When ground beef is cooked, add in seasonings, beef broth, water and shell noodles . Mix well.
Cover and bring to a boil. Once the broth and water begin boiling, immediately reduce heat to medium low.
Continue cooking for about 10 minutes until the noodles are soft and have absorbed most of the moisture.
When noodles are soft, remove cover.
Cut cream cheese into small squares and add to beef and noodles . Mix slowly until cream cheese has melted and is well incorporated.
Slowly add in heavy whipping cream and mozzarella cheese and softly mix until well combined.
Serve and enjoy!
