Parmesan crusted pork chops is dare I say, my favorite way to eat a pork chop. These pork chops are moist and flavorful on the inside while perfectly crispy on the outside. This recipe turns plain pork chops into a dinnertime delight.
On a plate, mix together Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and pepper until well combined.
In a separate bowl or dish, whisk one egg.
Pat dry pork chops with a paper towel.
Dredge each side of the pork chops in egg then dredge in breadcrumb mixture until each side is well coated. Set aside.
In a frying pan over medium high heat, heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
When the oil is hot, place pork chops in frying pan and sear each side until golden brown. Once both sides of the pork chop have been seared, reduce heat to medium low.
Cook pork chops, flipping frequently, until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
