These Oreo Rice Krispie Treats are soft, gooey, and packed with cookies-and-cream flavor—so irresistible, they’ll have you sneaking seconds before anyone else even tries one! In a large stockpot, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir frequently until completely smooth and melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
Stir in most of the chopped Oreos, reserving about 1/2 cup for the top, and mix until evenly combined.
Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer (avoid pressing too firmly to keep the treats soft).
Sprinkle the remaining chopped Oreos evenly over the top.
Let sit for about 1 hour to set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes
*Get the parchment paper slightly wet, then ring it out completely. Unfold it and place it in the baking dish. This makes it easier to work with and molds to whatever dish you are working with.
