Say hello to the ultimate comfort food. With tender, juicy meatballs, soft homemade egg noodles and a decadent creamy gravy, this one pan Swedish meatballs recipe is a family favorite.
In a large frying pan over medium high heat, combine beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and seasonings. Whisk together until well combined.
Bring the gravy to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to gravy. Stir until cream cheese has melted and is well incorporated.
Add in meatballs and continue cooking.
When meatballs are completely cooked though (160 degrees F), add in egg noodles and mix well.
Cook an additional 5 minutes until egg noodles are soft and tender.
In a separate cup, mix together cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add to pan and mix until the gravy has thickened.
Remove from heat and serve.
Enjoy!
