This Italian sausage Alfredo pasta is an easy, delicious, and kid-approved dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Made with creamy Alfredo sauce, savory sausage, tender broccoli, crispy bacon, and parmesan cheese, it’s a comforting meal the whole family will love.
In a large stockpot, cook the rigatoni according to package directions. Add the broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking. Drain well and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then return the sausage to the skillet.
Stir in the Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta and broccoli, and bacon, mixing until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
