Italian Sausage Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Italian pork sausage
  • 3 cups dry rigatoni pasta
  • 3 cups cut broccoli florets, chopped
  • 15 oz. alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large stockpot, cook the rigatoni according to package directions. Add the broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking. Drain well and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then return the sausage to the skillet.
  • Stir in the Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta and broccoli, and bacon, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
