1 lb ground beef 1 egg 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, seasonings, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Form 4 even sized balls and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and transfer burgers to frying pan.
Immediately smash down flat in the frying pan so that the burgers are only 1/2"-1" thick.
When the bottoms are golden brown, flip each burger.
Turn heat to medium low, and continue cooking until burgers are completely cooked through. (Our burgers are around 155-160 degrees F when done.)
When burgers are done, remove from heat and assemble burgers with buns and your favorite toppings.
