2 (11 oz) bags Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips ½ cup creamy peanut butter 2 cups lightly salted peanuts
Add the chocolate chips to the bottom of a slow cooker.
Spoon the peanut butter on top of the chocolate chips.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
Turn the slow cooker off, remove the lid, and stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add the peanuts and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment paper, creating your desired cluster size.
Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Allow clusters to set at room temperature until firm.
