  • 2 (11 oz) bags Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups lightly salted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Add the chocolate chips to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Spoon the peanut butter on top of the chocolate chips.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
  • Turn the slow cooker off, remove the lid, and stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Add the peanuts and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment paper, creating your desired cluster size.
  • Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  • Allow clusters to set at room temperature until firm.
