Ground Beef Gnocchi

This one pan ground beef gnocchi recipe is easy to make and budget friendly! It boasts flavor with tender lean ground beef and soft gnocchi pasta that are simmered in a creamy, cheesy sauce, for the most delicious dinner made in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 16 oz. gnocchi pasta
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Better than Boullion
  • 14.5 oz. beef broth
  • 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
  • When ground beef is fully cooked, add in seasonings, beef broth, Bouillion, diced tomatoes and gnocchi pasta. Mix well.
  • Cook on medium low heat for an additional 5-7 minutes until gnocchi noodles are soft.
  • Cut softened cream cheese into small cubes and add to mixture.
  • Gently stir until cream cheese has melted and is well incorporated.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
  • Enjoy!
