Gluten Free Slow Cooker Pasta

This easy gluten free slow cooker pasta is a life saver when you're short on time. It's simple yet delicious and requires very little prep time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef lean (90/10)
  • 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz Banza Gluten Free shells pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, combine ground beef and seasonings.
  • Mix well and cook until beef is completely cooked through.
  • Transfer beef to a slow cooker.
  • Add in spaghetti sauce and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • 45 minutes before serving, add in GF shell noodles and water. Mix well.
  • Continue to cook on high for 30-45 minutes stirring frequently.
  • When noodles are soft, turn heat to off and serve.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

* I like to use Banza Gluten Free Chickpea pasta for this recipe, but you can use any gluten free pasta that you would like.
