1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp pepper 8 oz. gluten free dry spaghetti noodles 24 oz. spaghetti sauce 2 cups water 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream shredded parmesan cheese shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large frying pan or skillet, combine ground beef and seasonings .
Cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
Add in spaghetti sauce and water to ground beef mixture.
Break up spaghetti noodles and add to frying pan . Mix well.
Cover and cook on medium low for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
When the noodles are soft, remove cover and add in heavy whipping cream . Stir until well incorporated.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
