Gluten Free Pasta Salad
Try this gluten free pasta salad that is full of fresh vegetables, cheese, ham and a bold flavor! It's perfect for picnics, meal prep or a quick lunch. It's a delicious summertime salad everyone will love.

8.8 oz Barilla Chickpea Rotini Pasta 1-2 cucumber diced 2 cups grape tomatoes diced 2 cups diced ham 2 cups Colby Jack cheese diced 24 oz Zesty Italian dressing
In a large stock pot, heat water and cook pasta according to package directions.
When done, drain and rinse and set aside to cool.
Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into small bite sized pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl.
Cut ham and cheese into small bite sized pieces and add to mixing bowl.
Once pasta has completely cooled, add pasta to mixing bowl .
Pour 1-2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing over top of the pasta mixture.
Mix until well incorporated.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
