Gluten Free German Pancakes

5 tbsp butter, salted 6 eggs 1 cup Gluten Free Flour (see below for details) 1 cup milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut butter into 5 tablespoons and place on the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven while it's preheating to allow the butter to melt.
When the butter has melted, remove the baking dish from the oven.
While the butter is melting, mix together flour, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla in a blender.
Pulse a few times until well combined.
When the batter is mixed well, pour into the baking dish over top of the butter.
Return to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the German pancake is puffed and slightly browned around the edges and in the middle.
Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings.
