Gluten Free Biscuits and Gravy
This easy gluten free biscuits and gravy recipe is rich, creamy, and so delicious! Made with homemade gluten free buttermilk biscuits and a hearty sausage gravy, it is the ultimate comfort food.

1 lb pork sausage 4 tbsp butter 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper gluten free biscuits (see below for details)
Make gluten free biscuits. (You can find my recipe for gluten free buttermilk biscuits here .)Add sausage to a medium stockpot and cook . While cooking break into small pieces. Cook until completely cooked through.
When sausage is completely cooked through, add butter to sausage.
When butter is melted, add in flour and whisk together until flour is well incorporated into the sausage.
Slowly add in the milk, whisking frequently until the gravy begins to thicken and reaches desired consistency.
When the gravy has thickened, remove from heat and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over top of warm biscuits.
