1 lb. stew meat 2 (14.5 oz.) cans beef broth 4 cups potatoes, diced 2 cups carrots, sliced 1 cup frozen peas 2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp celery salt 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp paprika
Place stew meat in the bottom of slow cooker.
Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into large chunks.
Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker.
Next, add in beef broth and seasonings and stir until well incorporated.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add in frozen peas .
