Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Beef
This easy slow cooker BBQ beef is one of our family favorites! It's quick, easy and made with simple ingredients but has a huge flavor. It's perfect for those busy weekdays or when feeding a crowd!

3 lb chuck roast 3 tbsp McCormick Himalayan Pink Salt with Black Pepper & Garlic 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp Better Than Boullion beef flavor 1/2 cup water 1 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce 12 hamburger buns
Pat dry beef roast and place in the bottom of slow cooker.
Mix together seasonings and make a rub.
Generously season the roast on all sides with the rub.
Mix together warm water, Better Than Boullion and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Pour in the bottom of slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove beef from slow cooker. Reserve 1 cup liquid then drain remaining liquid from slow cooker.
Shred beef and return to slow cooker.
Add in BBQ sauce and remaining liquid and mix well.
Cover and cook an additional 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Remove BBQ beef from slow cooker and serve on hamburger buns .
