Easy Peanut Butter Balls

These easy peanut butter balls made with Rice Krispies are the perfect quick and easy no bake sweet treat! With only 4 ingredients, you can satisfy your sweet tooth in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 lb. bag powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter together until creamy.
  • Slowly add in powdered sugar, a little at a time and mix until well combined.
  • Add in Rice Krispies and mix until well incorporated.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop out desired sized peanut butter balls and place them on the baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  • When all peanut butter balls have been made, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
  • Remove from fridge and enjoy!
