2 cups whole milk 1 egg 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp pure vanilla 2 ½ cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Mix until just combined.
In a large mixing bowl, add in milk, oil and vanilla and eggs and whisk until well combined.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
