Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Mix until just combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in milk, oil and vanilla and eggs and whisk until well combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Preheat a griddle or frying pan.
  • Pour the batter onto the griddle to make desired sized pancakes
  • Let cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles for on the surface and the edges look set.
  • Gently flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Repeat this process until the batter is gone and all pancakes have been made.
  • Top with favorite toppings and enjoy!
