Easy Homemade Egg Noodles
Making homemade egg noodles is easier than you think! With only 5 simple ingredients, whipping up these egg noodles is a breeze. They are incredibly soft and flavorful and are perfect to add to soups or stews!

2 cups flour 1/3 cup water 1 tsp salt 2 tsp canola oil 2 eggs beaten
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt . Mix until well combined.
In a small bowl, beat eggs until eggs are fully broken up and mixed together.
Make a well (or a hole) in the center of the flour mixture and add water, oil, and eggs.
Gradually work flour into wet ingredients forming a soft dough.
On a floured surface, knead dough until smooth.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap . Let dough rest at room temperature for 1 hour .
After 1 hour, roll out the dough on a floured surface until dough is approximately 1/4"-1/2" thick based upon your preference.
Use a pizza cutter (or a knife) to cut desired sized noodles.
Add 6-7 cups of water to a large stock pot and bring to a boil.
When the water is boiling, add in noodles and boil for 2-3 minutes or until egg noodles are soft.
Immediately remove from heat and strain .
