Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean 90/10)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Beef Base (or Better than Boullion)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, seasonings, Better Than Bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it browns.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, add the butter and stir until melted and well combined.
  • Sprinkle the flour evenly over the mixture and stir until the beef is well coated.
  • Slowly pour in 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
