1 lb. ground beef (lean 90/10) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Beef Base (or Better than Boullion) 2 tbsp butter ¼ cup flour 2 cups milk
In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, seasonings, Better Than Bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it browns.
Once the beef is fully cooked, add the butter and stir until melted and well combined.
Sprinkle the flour evenly over the mixture a nd stir until the beef is well coated.
Slowly pour in 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
