Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 13.5 oz. coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients together.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until water is absorbed.
  • Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5–10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
