Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup purple grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • croissants (or hard rolls)

SAUCE

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Next, celery into small pieces. Add to mixing bowl.
  • Cut grapes in halves and add to mixing bowl.
  • Add in slivered almonds.
  • In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour sauce over top of ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for best results.
  • Serve on croissants and enjoy!
