4 cups diced cooked chicken 1 cup diced celery 1 cup purple grapes, halved 1/2 cup slivered almonds croissants (or hard rolls) SAUCE 1 cup mayonnaise ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp celery salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar
Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
Next, celery into small pieces. Add to mixing bowl.
Cut grapes in halves and add to mixing bowl.
Add in slivered almonds.
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
Pour sauce over top of ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for best results.
Serve on croissants and enjoy !
