Easy Baked Ziti
Get all your favorite flavors of lasagna but less work with this easy baked ziti recipe. This baked ziti with ground beef is loaded with soft noodles, gooey cheese and tender beef in a delicious marinara sauce then cooked to perfection.

1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 3 cups ziti pasta noodles 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 32 oz. spaghetti sauce 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
When ground beef is fully cooked, add in seasonings and spaghetti sauce . Mix well.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add noodles to a 9x13" baking dish .
Spoon sauce over top of the noodles and mix until well incorporated .
Add in cottage cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and gently mix.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Serve and enjoy!
