Creamy Skillet Spaghetti

This one pan, creamy skillet spaghetti is going to change the way you make spaghetti forever. Loaded with soft spaghetti noodles and tender ground beef simmered in a warm, creamy marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, dinner is delicious and ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz. dry spaghetti noodles
  • 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • shredded parmesan cheese
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large frying pan or skillet, combine ground beef and seasonings.
  • Cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
  • Add in spaghetti sauce and water to ground beef mixture.
  • Break up spaghetti noodles and add to frying pan. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on medium low for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
  • When the noodles are soft, remove cover and add in heavy whipping cream. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
