Creamy Chicken Taco Soup

1 lb. chicken breasts 15 oz. corn 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes 4 oz. diced green chilis 15.5 oz. Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed 1½ tbsp lime juice 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano 2 tsp chili powder ½ tsp pepper 8 oz. cream cheese Optional Toppings shredded cheese sour cream avocados cilantro tortilla chips diced green onions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add in seasonings, lime juice, corn, and diced tomatoes .
Drain and rinse beans and add to slow cooker.
Place the cream cheese on top of the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.
Return chicken to slow cooker and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Spoon into bowls and top with favorite toppings .
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
