In a large mixing bowl, add together all ingredients except for tortillas.
Using a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese chicken mixture until nice and smooth.
Remove tortilla shells from the package and lay flat on the countertop.
Place a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture in the center of the flour tortilla.
Roll the tortilla around the chicken mixture making sure to leave about 1" from the edge free from the chicken mixture. (This keeps the chicken mixture from spilling out while baking.)
Place the taquitos on a baking sheet with the seam side down so that the taquito remains closed during baking.
Repeat this process for the remaining taquitos.
Bake the taquitos for 10-15 minutes until golden brown on top. When baking pay close attention to the edges. The edges will cook faster than the center and can burn quickly. If this starts to happen, place a piece of aluminum foil over the top of the taquitos and continue baking for the remainder of the time.
