1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10) 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes 10.75 oz. condensed tomato soup 14.5 oz. beef broth 1 cup milk 2 cups elbow macaroni 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In a frying pan, mix together ground beef and seasonings. Cook ground beef until completely cooked through.
Add in tomato soup, diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk and noodles . Mix until well incorporated.
Cover and cook on medium low heat stirring frequently until noodles are soft and have absorbed most of the moisture.
When noodles are soft, remove cover and add in shredded cheese . Mix until cheese has melted.
