Corn and Black Bean Salsa

This corn and black bean salsa is a must make for summer! It's absolutely delicious and full of flavor! With a delicious blend of vegetables in a zesty Italian dressing, this simple and easy corn and black bean salsa will have everyone raving!

Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 oz can corn
  • 15 oz can black beans
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes and avocados into small bite sized pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drain corn and add to mixing bowl.
  • Next, drain and rinse black beans. Add to mixing bowl.
  • Pour 1/2-1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing over top of the salsa.
  • Mix until well incorporated.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
