These homemade chocolate covered raspberries are both fun and delicious. They are made with fresh raspberries dipped in white and milk chocolate to make an irresistible treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Gently arrange raspberries on a baking sheet, then place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove raspberries from freezer and set aside.
Pour white chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons canola oil to melted white chocolate and stir until well incorporated.
Place parchment paper on a separate baking sheet and set aside.
Dip frozen raspberries in the white chocolate until fully coated (I used two forks for this) then place dipped raspberries on the parchment paper.
When all raspberries have been coated with white chocolate, place in the freezer for 15 minutes to let harden.
While raspberries are in the freezer, place the milk chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl and microwave until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Add in 2 tablespoons canola oil and stir until well incorporated.
Take raspberries out of the freezer.
Dip each raspberry in milk chocolate until well coated. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
Return to the freezer until chocolate hardens completely.
To enjoy, remove raspberries from freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes for the perfect treat.
