Caramel Corn Puffs
Caramel corn puffs are the ultimate sweet and crunchy snack, coated in a rich caramel glaze that melts in your mouth! This easy treat is perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you're craving something buttery, sweet, and absolutely addicting.

2 cups butter (4 sticks) 2 ¾ cups sugar ¾ cup water 2 tbsp corn syrup 1 (15 oz) bag corn puffs
In a large stockpot, melt butter over medium heat.
Once butter is melted, add in corn syrup, sugar and water and mix well .
Bring to a boil and whisk occasionally until mixture resembles a syrup consistency.
Remove from heat and briefly set aside.
Add corn puffs into a very large bowl.
Pour the hot caramel syrup over top of the corn puffs and softly mix until even coated.
Place parchment paper on the counter and spoon the puffs on top of the parchment paper.
Spread evenly to allow the caramel puffs to cool.
Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
