BLT Chicken Salad Sandwiches

4 cups diced cooked chicken 1 lb. bacon 1 cup diced celery 2 cups grape tomatoes croissants (or hard rolls) SAUCE 1 cup mayonnaise ¾ tsp onion powder ¾ tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar
In a frying pan, cook bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
Next, cut tomatoes and celery into small pieces. Add to mixing bowl.
When bacon has cooled, chop bacon into small pieces and add to mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
Pour sauce over top of ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for best results.
Serve on croissants and enjoy!
