Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Learn how to make this easy and delicious biscuits and gravy casserole. Loaded with tender sausage and biscuits, then topped with a creamy white gravy and baked until golden, it's perfect for those who love a hearty breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 can 8 Count Pilsbury Grands Southern Style Biscuits
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups white gravy
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a frying pan, cook sausage until completely cooked.
  • Remove from heat and drain. Set aside.
  • Mix milk and eggs together and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  • Cut biscuits into small bite sized pieces and layer evenly along the bottom of baking dish.
  • Layer the sausage evenly over top of the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the biscuits and sausage layer.
  • Pour the egg mixture over top of the casserole. Set aside.
  • Make the gravy.
  • When the gravy is done, pour evenly over the top of the casserole. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until the casserole is slightly browned on top and the eggs are completely cooked through. (I usually insert a knife into the center of the casserole to see if the eggs are set and no longer runny).
