This beef pot pie bake is an easy, family-friendly twist on the classic beef pot pie, featuring tender ground beef and savory vegetables in a rich, flavorful sauce. Topped with golden, flaky biscuits and baked to perfection, it’s the ultimate comforting dinner that’s simple to make and sure to please everyone at the table.
In a frying pan, combine the ground beef and seasonings. Break up the beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, milk, and frozen vegetables then simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch to make a slurry, then slowly stir it into the beef mixture. Allow the mixture to thicken, then remove from heat.
Pour the beef mixture into a 10"x10" baking dish and spread evenly.
Using kitchen shears, cut the biscuit dough into small, bite-sized pieces and layer them over the beef.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops of the biscuits are golden brown and slightly crisp.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
